Tax Senior Opportunity
A stable and aggressive CPA firm is ready to add the next leader to the team. This opportunity is part of the firm's plan for growth and the strengthening of the tax team before the new year. They are seeking a Tax Senior to join a team of highly motivated staff. The successful Tax Senior will have high ethical standards and make an impact on day one. This firm offers a wonderful culture, work/life balance, and benefit package with unlimited room for growth for the perfect incoming Tax Senior.
Performance Expectations for the Tax Senior:
- Preparation of complex returns with minimal supervision
- Review of Intern and Staff returns (Review experience is not required)
Experience/Qualifications for the Tax Senior:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Finance, or Equivalent
- CPA or EA Required
- A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in public accounting.
- Must have the ability to utilize firm technology to enhance client service
- Must be willing to work >40 hours per week during busy season
Compensation for the Tax Senior:
- 25 days PTO/year
- 401k w/match
- Profit sharing
- Major Holidays
- Medical/Dental/Vision (Fully paid by the firm for the employee)
- Family/tight-knit feel
- Busy season hours capped at 55hrs/week
- Opportunities for growth
