Diagnose leaks, coverage issues, electrical problems, and system malfunctions. Repair or replace sprinkler heads, valves, piping, controllers, wiring, and other components. Adjust and program irrigation systems for proper coverage and performance. Perform seasonal system start-ups, maintenance, and winterization. Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely. Communicate professionally with customers about repairs and service recommendations. Complete service documentation and maintain an organized company vehicle, tools, and equipment. Deliver the quality workmanship and customer service Spartan Irrigation is known for. What We’re Looking For Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving ability. Experience with tools and mechanical equipment. Irrigation, landscaping, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, construction, or maintenance experience is a plus. Dependable, organized, and able to work independently. Strong customer-service and communication skills. Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical field work. Willingness to learn and grow.
