What You'll Do Lead the end-to-end production process for social-first static, video, and digital campaigns, ensuring complex multi-deliverable packages are completed on time and within budget. Act as the primary production lead for studio and location shoots, applying deep technical knowledge of broadcast, high-end editorial, and agile "run-and-gun" formats. Direct and manage union and non-union talent and crew, leveraging an existing network of top-tier professionals. Demonstrate a working command of industry union contracts and bidding guidelines. Supervise all post-production pipelines, including motion graphics, sound design, retouching, color grading, and CGI deliverables, with meticulous attention to technical specifications and delivery formats. Collaborate with business affairs and legal teams to negotiate usage rights, oversee talent procurement costs, ensure compliance, and optimize production spend. Develop, track, and reconcile production budgets, establishing baseline and benchmark costs to measure fiscal impact year over year. Design, build, and enforce robust production processes that enhance efficiency and speed without compromising safety or quality. Partner with external and third-party production teams to seamlessly capture social content alongside larger enterprise campaigns, ensuring smooth logistics and minimal friction on set. Oversee physical product workflows, including sample procurement, item tracking, and prop/set logistics. Translate creative visions into actionable shoot plans, effectively balancing high-concept design with realistic production constraints. Utilize foundational technical knowledge of video, static lighting, and basic editing tools to bridge the gap between creative vision and technical execution. Stay current on cultural, design, and social platform mechanics to efficiently advise creative teams on the logistical feasibility of trending content. Required Qualifications 3-5 years of hands-on line production experience within an agency, brand social team, digital publication, or production company. Proven track record of managing physical productions in both studio and location settings. Deep working knowledge of union guidelines and industry bidding standards. Expert understanding of static and video deliverables, multi-format workflows, post-production engines, and file management. Proficiency in operations & project management tools such as Airtable, Figma, Slack, MS Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace. Awareness of production/post-production tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere) and CapCut. Bachelor's degree in Production, Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
