Westchester-Putnam TheraTeam is excited to welcome Clinical Fellows to our compassionate, experienced, and collaborative team of pediatric therapists! If youre a recent graduate eager to make a difference in the lives of children while being supported by seasoned professionals, this opportunity is for you.
We specialize in providing high-quality, individualized therapy services to children in home, school, daycare, and community-based settings across Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess & Orange Counties. Our CF program is designed to help you build clinical confidence while receiving strong mentorship in a real-world, hands-on environment.
What You'll Do:
- Provide speech and language therapy to children with a variety of communication needs, including but not limited to speech delays, language disorders, and autism spectrum disorders.
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and ongoing treatment under the supervision of a certified and licensed SLP.
- Develop and implement evidence-based, individualized treatment plans.
- Document progress and maintain thorough, timely clinical notes in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to support each childs development.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development as part of your CF experience.

Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Eligibility for a New York State SLP license and ASHA Clinical Fellowship
- TSSLD preferred
- Strong interest in pediatric speech-language pathology
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Access to reliable transportation to travel between service locations
- Bilingual is a plus
