Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in St. Louis, MO, responsible for leading and coordinating technology projects for retail clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning project timelines, defining scope and deliverables, and managing resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The Project Manager will monitor project progress, address risks and issues, and communicate status updates to internal teams and client stakeholders. This role involves collaborating with logistics, inspection, and expediting teams to ensure smooth deployment of POS solutions and related services. The Project Manager will also contribute to process improvements and documentation to enhance RTG’s service delivery and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Take ownership of project execution including planning, prioritization, schedule, scope, stakeholder communications, and project status updates - documenting issues and risks around timeline and deliverables - escalating to leadership as appropriate Ensure documentation is kept up to date (process, functional, and technical) Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, peers, and leaders Act as the liaison between the project team, leadership, and other key stakeholders Facilitate project meetings/conference calls; providing pre-meeting agenda and post meeting notes Manage changes within the project to ensure timely execution of objectives Develop and maintain project deliverables and schedules using project management tool Ensuring projects remain profitable by effectively using both internal and external resources To execute the job duties of a Project Manager you must be able to perform each and every one of the above essential job duties. Qualifications 1-5 years experience as a Project Manager (or related experience) strongly preferred Proven leadership skills with the ability to multi-task, delegate, and prioritize tasks Ability to evaluate risks and define approaches for managing project risks Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high volume, deadline-driven environment Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and customer service skills Able to break down issues into manageable amounts to resolve problems and overcome hurdles Able to multi-task and keep on top of several resources and tasks at once Understanding and practical application of various software applications, including the MS Office Suite and NetSuite Education and Experience BS degree in Business or related field of study, or equivalent education and\or experience Working knowledge of Telecom/Low Voltage Data Cabling, and basic networking strongly preferred Background in Retail, Hospitality or Restaurant experience is a strong plus Working Conditions May require short periods in a warehouse or construction site environment Travel 10-15% The estimated salary range for this position is $50,000 to $75,000 annually. #J-18808-Ljbffr Retail Technology Group (RTG)
