The Resident Assistant (“R.A.”) will also assist with and participate in meaningful programs and activities as assigned and may assist with lunch in the main dining room, as assigned. Provide services as scheduled for assigned residents. Such services may include helping with activities of daily living (bathing, oral care, grooming, clothing selection, dressing, undressing and changing, toileting, transferring, escorts, laundry, etc. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must be able to safely wear required PPE as assigned EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE Education: High School Graduate as a minimum. Certification as a nursing assistant (Certified Nursing Assistant) preferred but not required. Experience working with older adults preferred, and passion to support older adults required.
