Monopar Therapeutics Inc. is seeking an Executive Director/VP of Finance and Accounting to lead a small finance team in Wilmette, IL. You will own accounting, tax, treasury, and SEC reporting end-to-end, setting direction while staying hands-on. Responsibilities include the monthly close, SEC filings (10-Q/10-K/8-K), ICFR, tax provision, equity administration, and treasury management.
