Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

We are seeking a Supervising RN for our Oklahoma office. We are a leading home care agency committed to improving the quality of life for the people we serve. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Completes an initial assessment of client and family to determine home care needs, making necessary revisions per physician orders as status and needs change. Scope of practice: assess client needs, develop care plans, and provide guidance to personal care providers. Supervisory visits: Registered nurses must make on‑site supervisory visits to the client's home at least once every three months, with increased frequency for significant health changes. Supervise and monitor field employees, ensuring quality healthcare services. Direct, coordinate, and evaluate the work of nursing staff, including LPNs and CNAs. Provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes. KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES / AVAILABILITY Registered Nurse (RN) licensed to practice in Texas and Oklahoma. At least 2 years of nursing experience (home health/hospice preferred). Current CPR certification. Knowledgeable and capable of performing nursing procedures under the direction of a physician as outlined in state practice acts. Meets the requirements for employees providing direct client care. Valid driver’s license with access to an insured automobile for work. Available to work weekends and holidays as required. Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English. Participation in in‑service education programs as mandated by state law. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Competitive pay: $35.00 per hour.
