Seeking a receptionist for our Nampa office.
If working 8:30AM-5:00PM and a 4 day work week sounds appealing to you then please apply.
P&C license a plus but not required. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Identifying opportunities to offer insurance solutions.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
