Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician

This is a non-commission position with top-tier hourly pay. What You’ll Do Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems Diagnose service issues, source replacement parts, and clearly communicate solutions to customers Collaborate with team members and support co-workers as needed Participate in an on-call rotation for nights/weekends to handle emergency service calls Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in good working order Complete job documentation and manage materials efficiently Attend and participate in company-provided training What We’re Looking For Minimum 5 years of HVAC service experience EPA Certification (required) Strong working knowledge of various HVAC systems and manufacturers Professional communication and customer service skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving ability Clean, neat, and professional work habits Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn Local candidates only What We Offer Competitive pay starting at $40+/hour (based on experience; up to $6/hour above scale) Performance bonuses and paid vacation time Boot and tool allowances Medical, dental, and vision insurance Pension plan Paid time off (PTO) Company van (take-home) + gas card Company-provided uniforms Ongoing training and development Supportive team environment Advancement opportunities Stable, year-round work (40 hours/week guaranteed) #J-18808-Ljbffr Sailfish Mechanical & Swordfish Plumbing
