The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their service experience is seamless and satisfactory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them in identifying their automotive service needs.
• Provide clear, detailed explanations of service recommendations and repairs.
• Schedule service appointments and manage the service department workflow.
• Communicate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and repair of vehicles.
• Prepare and present service estimates to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
• Maintain customer records and follow up on services provided.
• Promote additional services and products when appropriate.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role
• Excellent communication
• Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Compensation: $15.00 per week
