Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Previous experience in school-based settings or with pediatric populations is highly valued
• Strong evaluation, documentation, and communication abilities
• Excellent organizational skills and the flexibility to adapt to various caseloads and student needs

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, and fluency assessments for students
• Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in partnership with teachers, staff, and families
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
• Maintain accurate and timely records, progress notes, and required documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students’ overall educational development
• Provide guidance and resources to teachers and caregivers to enhance communication outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff planning sessions, and professional development as appropriate
