Cashier Position at Chuck-A-Rama

Start every visit with a warm welcome. At Chuck-A-Rama, a great guest experience starts the moment someone walks through our doors. Our Cashiers are often the first friendly face our guests see, helping them feel welcome and ready to enjoy their meal. As a Cashier, you'll greet guests, process payments, answer questions, and help make their arrival quick, easy, and friendly. You'll also help guests with Chuck-A-Rama Rewards, explain pricing or promotions, and make sure each transaction is handled accurately. If you're friendly, comfortable talking with people, and enjoy making someone's day a little better, you'll fit right in.

A typical shift may include:

• Welcoming guests as they arrive
• Processing cash, credit, and other approved forms of payment
• Providing accurate change and receipts
• Answering questions about buffet pricing, hours, promotions, and restaurant offerings
• Helping guests with Chuck-A-Rama Rewards and available offers
• Making sure transactions and guest counts are entered accurately
• Keeping the register and entrance area clean, organized, and welcoming
• Balancing your cash drawer and following cash-handling procedures
• Communicating guest questions or concerns to a manager when needed
• Thanking guests and helping create a positive experience from the very beginning
• Working with your teammates to keep things running smoothly during busy periods

Great Cashiers are more than accurate at the register. They're friendly, helpful, and make guests feel welcome. We're looking for someone who:

• Previous cashier or restaurant experience is helpful, but a friendly attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are what matter most.
