Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM night shift, must be available for any shift as needed, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 48 hrs

Candidate Pay Rate: $31.5 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate basic nursing and restorative care following facility policies and procedures
• Assist residents with personal hygiene including bathing, grooming, and dressing, and administer specified skin care treatments
• Support residents with ambulation, transfers, range of motion, and positioning to keep them safe and comfortable
• Help with nutrition, hydration, toileting, and monitoring input/output and caloric counts
• Maintain a secure environment by responding calmly to emergencies, redirecting wandering residents, and preventing falls
• Respect resident rights, privacy, and spiritual beliefs while encouraging participation in their own care
• Follow strict infection control techniques and keep licensed personnel informed of any changes or concerns

Qualifications

• 1+ year of current experience as a CNA
• Valid New Hampshire license or compact where applicable
• Current BLS certification through AHA
• Willingness to float to units where experienced
• Previous travel experience highly preferred
• Rural or small facility experience highly preferred
• COVID vaccination required - declinations or exemptions not accepted

• Basic nursing care and restorative care techniques

• Ambulation, transfer, and feeding assistance
• Infection control and emergency response
• Great communication and teamwork skills
