Lead Application Developer

Lead Application Developer – Pasadena, CA We are seeking a Lead Application Developer to design and implement enterprise solutions, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and lead software development efforts. Responsibilities Participate in all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including planning, construction, testing, review, and demonstration. Work with clients, product managers, analysts, architects, UX designers, and engineers to plan, design, develop, test, and implement IT solutions. Develop and review software requirements, create design documents, write programs, package, test, configure, and deploy software. Plan and document technical specifications for features or system design. Write testable, scalable, and efficient code; lead code reviews and code quality checks. Direct the development team in designing, developing, coding, testing, and debugging applications. Ensure adherence to software quality standards. Develop and enhance software programs and data structures that meet business objectives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, with a minimum of 5 years of related experience (Master’s degree may substitute 2 years of experience). Hands‑on experience with Angular or ReactJS, NodeJS, unit testing frameworks (JUnit, NUnit, Jasmine/Karma, Chai/Mocha, Jest), JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, OOP, design patterns, and application architectures. Proficiency with Visual Studio Code or IntelliJ IDE, and experience building Restful and SOAP‑based web services (JSON and XML).
