Key Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Lead and mentor audit associates during audits, reviews, and related assurance engagements
\n
• Manage day-to-day fieldwork, including coordination with client teams and internal leadership
\n
• Review workpapers and reports prepared by junior staff and provide constructive feedback
\n
• Foster client relationships by understanding their businesses and delivering tailored service
\n
• Support development of associates through on-the-job training and performance feedback
\n
• Collaborate with shareholders, managers, and staff across departments to provide integrated client service
\n
• Assist in planning and executing audit engagements, ensuring timeliness and quality
\n
• Participate in firm-sponsored continuing education and training programs
\n
• Travel as required for client engagements and firm needs
\n

Qualifications:

\n

\n
• Minimum of 3 years of public accounting experience in assurance services
\n
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or a related field
\n
• CPA eligibility (must have completed required credit hours)
\n
• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and auditing standards
\n
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
\n
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
\n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
\n
• Professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail in all client and team interactions
\n
• Client-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
