Data Analyst

Salary: $46,370 - 105,922 per year Requirements:

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, charts, and data organization
• Basic understanding of SQL or database principles is an advantage
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Capability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
• Previous experience in data analysis, reporting, or administrative support is an asset

• Collect, organize, and maintain business data from multiple internal sources
• Check datasets for accuracy, consistency, and completeness
• Prepare recurring reports, summaries, and visual dashboards to support operations
• Examine trends and identify patterns that can improve business performance
• Help maintain databases and update company records
• Work with team members to understand reporting needs and provide analytical assistance
• Build spreadsheets, charts, and presentations using Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools
• Support process improvement efforts by delivering data-driven insights
• Handle confidential business information securely and accurately
• Carry out additional analytical and administrative duties as needed
