Customer Service Specialist (Weekend Shift – High-Impact Role)

Schedule: Saturday & Sunday | 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM

What You’ll Do

Serve as the
first point of contact , handling incoming calls, inquiries, and urgent requests
Ask thoughtful, strategic questions to quickly assess situations and determine next steps
Guide individuals through processes with empathy, clarity, and professionalism
Coordinate and communicate with internal team members to ensure seamless service
Maintain accurate documentation and updates in real time
Stay composed and solutions-focused in high-pressure or time-sensitive situations
