If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Procurement Systems Administrator, Supplier Information & EngagementPlatform to join Global Procurementwhich is part of KPMG International.Responsibilities:Serve as the primary administrator for the SaaS-based supplier information and engagement platform, configuring workflows, onboarding, data fields, roles, and permissions to meet procurement and compliance needsManage system releases, feature rollouts, and configuration changes in coordination with the software vendor, including issue troubleshooting and stakeholder communicationsOversee supplier master data governance, validation, and ongoing maintenance to ensure accuracy across supplier profiles, risk attributes, certifications, and diversity dataPartner with procurement, compliance, finance, and risk teams to align supplier data across enterprise systems (for example: ERP, Coupa, risk platforms) and implement data quality controlsDeliver reporting, dashboards, and analytics supporting supplier onboarding, segmentation, risk, and compliance, while identifying opportunities for process automation and improvementAct as the primary user support and training lead, developing materials, onboarding users and suppliers, and driving adoption through functional guidance and best practicesAct with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environmentQualifications:Minimum five years of recent experience in procurement environments, with working knowledge of supplier onboarding, supplier lifecycle management, or supplier master dataBachelor's degree in information systems, business administration, supply chain, or a related field, with hands-on experience supporting procurement or closely aligned functionsOne year of experience administering SaaS business systems, including configuration, integrations (for example: ERP, SRM, P2P), and ongoing platform supportDemonstrated ability to configure workflows, roles, forms, questionnaires, and reports while translating business requirements into scalable system solutionsStrong data governance and operational mindset, with attention to detail in managing data standards, validation controls, reporting, and analytics (for example: Excel, Power BI)Highly organized, collaborative self-starter with strong communication skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and interest in leveraging emerging technologies such as AIApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa)KPMG LLP and its subsidiaries (“KPMG”) complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
