About the Role
The Company is seeking an OED Operations and Budget Compliance Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operational coordination and implementation support within the Office of the Executive Director. This includes overseeing a range of activities such as financial management, procurement, travel, ICT, asset management, and logistics for senior leadership meetings, events, and missions. The role also involves working closely with OED teams and relevant corporate business units to ensure that operational requirements are met in a timely and policy-compliant manner. Additionally, the Analyst will provide support in enterprise risk management, corporate governance, and operational processes, and will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and commitment to the values and mission of the organization. Applicants for this position should have an advanced university degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in financial analysis, budget analysis, risk analysis, business analysis, or management reporting. The role requires a candidate with strong analytical and research skills, the ability to work with financial and operational data, and proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools. Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning systems is desirable, as is familiarity with the United Nations system or another international organization. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple tasks, be proactive in assessing and mitigating risks, and demonstrate the core competencies of the organization, including integrity, accountability, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
