About Our Practice We are a small boutique private dental office located near Irvine in Lake Forest, CA. Our practice boasts 2 general dentists, a periodontist, an endodontist, and an oral surgeon, supported by an exceptional, dedicated team. We provide a modern, digitally advanced environment and a friendly family culture that thrives on teamwork and continuous learning. Responsibilities Maintain a positive, professional attitude and demonstrate punctual attendance. Assist in dental procedures with excellent dental assisting skills. Create a welcoming, energetic environment for patients and staff. Support daily operations by smoothing the workflow of our digital and patient record systems. Adhere to OSHA and HIPAA practices and maintain patient confidentiality. Qualifications Great attitude, customer service orientation, and teamwork. Experience as a Dental Assistant (DA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) preferred, but we also train candidates with little or no experience. Knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA regulations. Ability to learn quickly and adapt within a fast‑paced dental setting.
