Dodge's is proud to serve guests in 47 locations across 9 states throughout the Southeast! Our Tupelo Support Team is looking for a motivated, organized individual to join our Operations team.

We are looking for someone who is a team player, self-driven, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator. This position will work closely with our locations, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly and ensure our locations remain compliant.

Duties May Include:

Assisting with Underground Storage Tank (UST) compliance, including maintaining required records, documentation, and follow-up
Monitoring compliance requirements and helping ensure locations remain up to date
Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
Coordinating repairs and maintenance for store locations
Following up with vendors to ensure repairs and service requests are completed in a timely manner
Communicating with store teams regarding maintenance, repairs, and operational needs
Obtaining information, quotes, and updates from vendors
Maintaining accurate spreadsheets, records, and documentation
Tracking outstanding repairs and projects through completion
Assisting the Operations team with additional projects and administrative duties as needed

Is highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once
Has strong follow-up skills and doesn't let things fall through the cracks
Is comfortable communicating and building relationships with vendors and suppliers
Has strong telephone and written communication skills
Is comfortable working with spreadsheets and maintaining accurate records
Is dependable, self-motivated, and takes ownership of assigned responsibilities
Has a positive attitude and works well as part of a team
