Executive Chef - High-Volume Kitchen Leader

Executive Chef - Stoney River job at Stoney River Management LLC. Louisville, KY. Come join The Stoney River CulinaryTeam! A Stoney River leader must have thorough knowledge of food serviceand execution. The ExecutiveChefis responsible for a variety of duties and responsibilities including overseeing the entire operations of the kitchen. They supervise the kitchen staff and makes sure they are performing their duties appropriately. AnExecutiveChefmust also make sure the kitchen area meets health and safety requirements, as mandated by law. They will need to plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and delegate responsibility to the staff which ensures the goals and objectives, of the kitchen, are met on a daily basis by the staff. They must maintain a high level of guests’ satisfaction and standards, provide strong leadership, and promote development and team building. Preferred candidates will have“fromscratch”cooking experience in high volume and fast paced kitchens that focus on execution and plate presentation. A bachelor’s degree or culinary degree is preferred, but not required. The vision of Stoney River is simply to be the highest quality service and food provider in our industry.
