Job Description Job Description Job Title Bookkeeper Location McFarland, CA Pay Rate $25+/hour (Negotiable DOE) Job Type Seasonal (July – December, with possible start end of June)*Potential Hire On Opportunity About the Role Legacy Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeepe r to support our client, a company in the agriculture industry specializing in grape farm managemen t. This position supports operations during peak season and offers a great opportunity for candidates looking to gain experience in agricultural business operations, with potential for long-term hire. Schedule Monday – Friday7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Key Responsibilities Process and manage invoices accurately and timely Handle Accounts Payable (AP) a nd Accounts Receivable (AR) functions Assist with basic payroll processing Support inventory audits and reconciliation Maintain organized financial records and documentation Collaborate with operations teams to support farm management activities Qualifications Prior bookkeeping or accounting support experience preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Experience with invoicing, AP/AR, and basic payroll Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to learn new systems and processes (training provided) Dependable and able to meet deadlines Ideal Candidate Profile Reliable and detail-oriented Organized and efficient Coachable and willing to learn Professional and team-focused Additional Details Seasonal role: July through December (possible start late June) Hands-on experience in the agriculture industry Potential opportunity for permanent hire based on performance and business needs #J-18808-Ljbffr Legacy Staffing
