Entry-Level Mechanical DrafterLocation: Greater Milwaukee AreaJob Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic Entry-Level Mechanical Drafter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in HVAC systems and a background in mechanical drafting. This role involves creating detailed drawings and plans for HVAC projects, ensuring precision and compliance with industry standards.Key Responsibilities:Prepare detailed mechanical drawings and plans for HVAC systems.Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure accuracy and compliance with design specifications.Utilize CAD software to create and modify drawings.Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.Ensure all drawings adhere to industry standards and regulations.Assist in the development of project documentation and reports.Maintain organized records of all drawings and project files.Participate in project meetings and provide technical support as needed.Qualifications:Associate or Bachelor degree in Mechanical Drafting, Engineering Technology, or a related field.Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).Basic understanding of HVAC systems and mechanical principles.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Strong communication and organizational skills.Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methods.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.03 - $28.84/hr.
