DWU - CESC - Production Team Associate - 3rd Shift

We are looking for a talented Production Associate to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Columbus, IN. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Compliance: By stopping work and reporting any major injury hazards immediately, you’ll help maintain a safe work environment. Incident Reporting: Reporting any work-related injury, illness, incident, or hazard ensures that issues are addressed promptly and effectively. Adherence to Standards: Complying with HSE standards, policies, procedures, and regulations will help uphold the company’s commitment to safety and environmental responsibility. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Using appropriate PPE will protect you and your colleagues from potential hazards. Hazard Correction: Correcting hazards within your control and capabilities will prevent accidents and improve workplace safety. Operates machines and production equipment in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment with limited guidance. Must pass all related testing. Experience: Minimal or no work experience required. Shift: This will be a Night Shift position from Monday through Friday from 5pm to 4:45am with potential OT Saturday and Sunday.
