Registered Nurse - Informaticist

Job Title

Major duties include, but are not limited to:

• Provide leadership in planning, assessing, implementing, and evaluating hardware and software systems integrated with the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including program and service leaders at facility and network levels, to support informatics initiatives.
• Perform core informatics functions, including content management and application support.
• Lead health information technology system optimization and enterprise data management.
• Support business architecture management and partnership management.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with staff across all levels of the Veterans Affairs (VA) health system.
• Ensure high-quality documentation and accountability for program- and service-level outcomes.
• Lead health information technology system optimization and enterprise data management efforts.
