Please note that benefit packages vary based on hours worked. Eligibility and Experience An unencumbered State of Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Prior RN or LPN experience is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate. Job Responsibilities Deliver high‑standard nursing care to residents, administering medications and treatments as directed by individual care plans. Conduct resident assessments and contribute to interdisciplinary care planning. Act as a team leader and advocate for residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well‑being.
