Key Responsibilities

• Contribute professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Deliver direct patient care in a Medical Surgical setting during night shift hours
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to ensure quality patient outcomes
• May be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses
• Work 1–2 designated summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, or Labor Day)

Required Qualifications

• Active Iowa RN state license (required)
• Minimum of 2 years of Medical Surgical nursing experience (required)
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (required)
• Valid driver's license (required)
• Experience with EPIC EMR (required)
• Must not have been employed at the hiring facility within the last 12 months

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Heparin drip experience preferred
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
