Job Title: Senior SAP Delivery Manager
Job Location: East Coast / Midwest

Job Description:

20+ years of overall SAP experience, including at least 10 years in project, program, or delivery management roles.
Proven experience managing large and complex SAP implementation and transformation programs.
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA greenfield, brownfield, and system-conversion approaches.
Good understanding of SAP Finance and/or Logistics processes, supported by sufficient technical knowledge.
Strong experience in program governance, PMO, financial management, resource planning, risk management, and quality assurance.
Experience managing senior customer stakeholders, executive governance forums, and program escalations.
Ability to lead senior team members and large, geographically distributed delivery teams.
Experience monitoring delivery performance, SLAs, engagement risks, and compliance, with the ability to implement corrective actions.
Strong customer-management skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and identify potential opportunities.
Excellent communication, analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and customer-focused approach
