Desired Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) from ASHA
- Valid state SLP license (or eligibility for license in NY)
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong collaborative, communication, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy for preschool students, including non-verbal, speech development, and developmental delay cases
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff
- Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in multidisciplinary teams
- Engage onsite, fostering strong relationships with students and staff
