• Educate clients about insurance products and coverage options
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Follow up with company-provided leads
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Complete applications and assist clients throughout the insurance process
• Meet individual and team sales goals
• Maintain accurate client records and follow all applicable insurance regulations

Responsibilities

• Identifying potential clients and generating new business through networking, referrals, and marketing.
• Meeting with clients to understand their insurance needs and financial goals.
• Explaining different insurance products, such as life, health, auto, home, and business insurance.
• Recommending suitable insurance policies based on clients' needs and budgets.
• Preparing quotations and helping clients complete insurance application forms.
• Processing policy renewals, updates, and cancellations.
• Assisting clients with filing insurance claims and providing support throughout the claims process.
• Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance with insurance regulations.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.
• Achieving sales targets and staying informed about new insurance products and industry regulations.

Requirements

• No previous insurance experience required
• Must be willing to obtain the required state insurance licenses ( PC and Life)
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
• Professional, dependable, coachable, and organized
• Comfortable working with customers and discussing financial products
• Ability to learn insurance products, systems, and regulations
• Bilingual candidates are a plus
