Traveling Electrical Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable, hardworking Traveling Electrical Technicians to support electrical installations and infrastructure projects across the country. This position requires 100% travel and is ideal for candidates with electrical, construction, low-voltage, or structured cabling experience who enjoy working in different locations and environments.

• Assist with electrical installations and upgrades.
• Pull, route, and install electrical wiring and conduit.
• Support equipment installation, troubleshooting, and testing.
• Perform basic low-voltage and structured cabling work as needed.
• Read and follow job site plans, specifications, and safety procedures.
• Maintain tools, materials, and a clean work environment.
• Travel extensively to project sites nationwide.
• Work safely and effectively as part of a team.

• Experience in electrical work, construction, industrial maintenance, or related trades.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and installation practices.
• Structured cabling or low-voltage experience is a plus.
• Ability to use power tools and hand tools safely.
• Willingness and ability to travel 100% of the time.
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.
• Ability to lift, climb ladders, and work in physically demanding environments.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

This is a Contract position based out of Dallas, TX.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $33.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Dallas,TX.
