Associate Director

Job Title & Location Associate Director – Family Success Center (Acenda Integrated Health). Positions available in Camden County, Atlantic County, Ocean County. Job Overview The Associate Site Director oversees the daily operations of the Family Success Center, ensuring all services align with prevention standards, family support principles, protective factors, and the FSC practice profile. The role builds and maintains strong community partnerships, supports collaboration around local needs, and ensures timely, accurate completion of required reports and documentation. As a leader, the Associate Site Director communicates effectively with leadership, educates staff on program and population needs, and models the agency’s mission and core values in all activities. Key Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Family Success Centers, ensuring adherence to prevention standards and family support principles. Create and maintain partnerships within the service area to address community needs. Complete and submit accurate written reports and documents per established guidelines: weekly schedules, monthly perspectives, quarterly CQI and action plans, program progress reports, LOS for time off, and other required reports. Communicate information to and from Leadership as appropriate and relevant. Educate the team on issues impacting the program and its population. Demonstrate core values and interpret the agency mission in all activities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., counseling, public administration, social work). Experience in community organizing, partnership development, evidence‑based program implementation, and project management. Preferred experience working with at‑risk youth and marginalized communities, including prevention education on substance abuse, pregnancy prevention, mental health, and wellbeing. At least five (5) years in a social service environment implementing evidence‑based practice models, with three (3) years in a supervisory capacity. Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Demonstrated independent thinking, good judgment, and effective planning and time‑management skills. Compensation and Benefits Base Rate: $48,000. Sign‑On Bonus: $500. Bilingual rate: Additional $3,120 added to the base rate if Spanish proficient. Schedule: Day shift; some evenings and weekends (Monday‑Friday 9‑5, Saturday as needed).
