Our esteemed US-based financial services client seeks a motivated Flow-Through Tax Senior Associate to join their team. You'll leverage your expertise in federal tax compliance and consulting to deliver exceptional service to a diverse clientele.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with a dynamic team, providing comprehensive tax services to mid-market and multinational S-corps and partnerships.
• Conduct in-depth research, draft IRS responses, and collaborate on special projects within flow-through taxation.
• Develop insightful recommendations, fostering strategic discussions with leadership.
• Partner with specialists across various tax practices for intricate tax matters.
• Continuously develop your skills through coaching, firm-wide programs, and internal/external networking.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, law, or a related business field.
• CPA or JD license preferred (must be eligible to sit for the exam in your state).
• 2+ years of experience in federal tax compliance and consulting (public accounting firm experience preferred).
• Excellent time management, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Initiative, adaptability, and proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
