A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PART-TIME ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
As a Part Time Administrative Assistant, you will help us to maintain our high levels of service during the busy tax season.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Organizing Files
- Managing Calendars and Appointments
- Sort Mail
- Staff Support
- Greet Visitors & Assist Clients with Sign In
- Answer Phones
Your passion for helping people, dedication to accuracy, and awareness of details help you excel in this position. You ensure the confidentiality of each client by following all company procedures regarding information handling. And, you get great satisfaction out of helping to expand our client base through the referrals made by your happy clients!

PART-TIME WORK SCHEDULE
This part-time administrative position will work three 8-hour days per week . Company is open to extending the part time position based upon business needs.
