What It Takes to Master the Machines as a Wood CNC Operator Proven CNC machining experience—1+ years in a shop or plant environment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Skilled in setup, operation, and inspection using micrometers and calipers. Safety-focused and detail-driven on every part. Ready to stay on your feet and keep the line moving.
