Requirements:-

• Must be able to independently set up 3-axis and 4-axis CNC mills without supervision.

• Assist team members with troubleshooting machine setups and resolving issues.

• Ability to read G-code and make program edits directly at the machine.

• Proficient in reading machine positions, distance-to-go, offsets, and other control information.

• Must successfully complete a pre-employment knowledge test.

• Minimum of 10 years of CNC machining and setup experience required.

• Ability to identify the correct tools from a tooling list and install them in the appropriate holders.

• Safely perform first-piece run-throughs and verify setups without causing machine crashes.
