Assistant Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as Assistant Manager at Wild Sage Kitchen & Cocktails in Rapid City, SD. As the Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that guests receive exceptional service and that the team is operating smoothly.

As an Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee the front of house staff, create schedules, and maintain inventory levels. You will also assist with hiring, training, and mentoring staff to ensure that everyone is performing at their best. Additionally, you will help to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.

The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and has a passion for hospitality. You should have prior experience in a leadership role within the restaurant industry and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations are also essential.
