What You’ll Do: Translate scripted scenes into cinematic visual sequences using our AI production tools Select, refine, and iterate on generated footage with a strong eye for tone, performance, and composition Shape narrative pacing by knowing when to linger, when to cut, and when to simplify Build cohesive short films from script to final cut Push back thoughtfully on scripts, shot choices, or visual directions when something isn’t landing Maintain emotional continuity and character integrity throughout the edit Balance creative ambition with practical execution What You’ll Bring: Demonstrated experience in narrative filmmaking Strong editing instincts and a sharp sense of timing A cinematic eye: you understand framing, mood, and visual storytelling Confidence making creative decisions independently The ability to spot when something feels “off” and articulate why Detail orientation without losing sight of the bigger story Comfort working from script and shaping narrative arcs Experience editing narrative content (short films, features, scripted digital content, etc.) A curiosity about new creative tools (AI experience not required) Who We Are Looking For: Autonomous Bring solutions instead of problems Data driven Quick to action A high functioning workaholic Looking for exponential career growth Have lots of fun building a generational AI x Entertainment company $90,000 - $110,000 a year Salary is determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and alignment with the requirements of the role, as well as internal equity and market benchmarks.
