Who We Are Looking For A Dedicated Client Product Support Specialist supports post‑go‑live of the Charles River Investment Management Solution (CRIMS) implementation. Contributions include defining client requirements, configuring, and tuning the application to the client’s business and technical needs, training users, testing workflows, and resolving issues. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of hands‑on experience in the financial industry working for a consultancy or software vendor. Experience leading the implementation or support of Front, Middle or Back Office Investment Management systems is highly valued. Why this role is important to us This role joins Charles River Development (CRD), part of State Street since 2018, which creates enterprise investment management software solutions for large institutions. The team develops the first open front‑to‑back platform, State Street Alpha, launched in 2019. Delivering next‑generation infrastructure utilizing AI and blockchain is a key focus. What You Will Be Responsible For Assist and provide general coordination and management of support issues reported by customers. Provide consultative guidance on customer use of the System and evaluate requirements. Perform basic project management for services management and small projects. Educate customers on CRIMS methodologies and functionality. Advise on best practices for implementation and operation. Monitor and evaluate customer requirements for potential enhancements. Document and communicate product improvements from customer requests or market trends. Support defect resolution with clear defect descriptions and validation of fixes. Identify errors in documentation and suggest corrections. Provide informal customer‑specific training to end users. What We Value Experience implementing or supporting Front, Middle or Back Office Investment Management systems. Minimum 3 years of implementation/support of mission‑critical financial solutions. Experience with a bank, hedge fund, asset manager, or wealth management firm. Hands‑on implementation/support of investment management software, preferably order management and compliance. Knowledge of fixed income, equity financial instruments, derivatives and FX instruments. Technical savvy: understanding multi‑tier architectures, relational databases, SQL, FIX, and reporting tools. Strong customer‑service record and ability to convey plans, issues, and concerns clearly. Influence key decision makers internally and externally. Customer‑driven mindset, teamwork, focus on high‑quality service. Excellent time‑management and multitasking skills. Problem‑solving and analytical skills. Education & Preferred Qualifications Four‑year degree in business or technical fields (Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science). Advanced degree or certification such as CFA is a strong plus. Work Requirement Up to 3 days per week in the client office in Malvern. Salary Range $100,000 ‑ $167,500 per year (primary location).
