This service includes tasks such as meeting and greeting guests, cleaning guest golf clubs and carts, starting play, and monitoring pace of play. Guest Services create the first and last impressions on our golfers, making it the most critical position at the facility. Job Specifications Starting wage: $20.00/hr – $22.19/hr Employment type: Summer seasonal 2026 Shift type: Full time and part time hours available Minimum age: 18 years Housing availability: Yes Job Responsibilities Use resort radio as a form of communication with other golf employees; all communication must be professional and polite Work well in a team and pay attention to detail Lift heavy items up to 50 pounds, such as fully equipped golf bags, large boxes, or trash/recycling Job Requirements Valid U.S. driver’s license – required Effective and professional communication in English – required Previous guest service experience and excellent guest service skills – required Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays – required Ability to work the entire season – required Dress in company‑provided uniform while working, pressed/ironed as necessary – required In‑person interview availability – required Golf experience – preferred The expected pay range is $20.00/hr – $22.19/hr.
