Customer Service Representative
Location: Whitewater, WI
Pay Rate: $19.00 - $21.00/hour, depending on experience
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire or Direct Hire
Our client in Whitewater, WI is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their growing team. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and knowledge of the building or construction industry. The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow within the organization and build a long-term career.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in person
- Provide product and service information while addressing customer inquiries
- Process orders, quotes, and other customer requests accurately and efficiently
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Previous customer service experience required
- Knowledge of the building, construction, or related industry strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Pay range of $19.00 - $21.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
