Type: Direct Hire, Full Time
Salary Range: $19-$21/hour DOE
Schedule: Occasional flexibility required for events and special functions
Location: Fargo, ND

Position Overview :

• Clean and maintain all public areas including worship spaces, bathrooms, childcare areas, kitchens, classrooms, and meeting rooms
• Set up and take down tables and chairs for functions and events
• Assist with outdoor maintenance including mowing, weeding, and snow removal/shoveling
• Monitor building security by ensuring doors are secured according to the facility schedule
• Work closely with staff and volunteers to support daily operations

Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:

• Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic maintenance and repair skills are a plus
