Now hiring - Recruiting Assistant - Peak Season Support. As a Recruiting Assistant, you will be part of the Recruiting Support Team, assisting with high-volume hiring efforts during peak seasons. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Recruiting Assistant Location: Indianapolis, IN - Southside Pay Range: $20 - $23 per hour Shift: 8am - 5pm - possible OT What's the Job? Assist with high-volume hiring and onboarding activities to support seasonal staffing needs Schedule and coordinate candidate screenings to ensure a smooth interview process Administer pre-employment screenings and background checks efficiently Update and maintain recruiting spreadsheets and tracking reports daily for accurate data management Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to provide a positive experience What's Needed? Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, staffing, or a related field preferred. Experience sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates is a plus. Knowledge of recruiting best practices, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and hiring processes preferred. Strong communication, relationship‑building, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while managing multiple priorities. What's in it for me?
