Compensation

• Weekly Pay: Up to $3,379/week

• 48 Hours

Assignment Details

• Hours: 48 hours per week

✅ Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to Medical Surgical and Telemetry patients.

• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition.

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans.

• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and documentation.

• Educate patients and families throughout the continuum of care.

✔️ Ideal Candidate

• Active RN license (or eligibility to obtain Iowa licensure)

• Recent Medical Surgical/Telemetry experience

• Strong cardiac monitoring and critical thinking skills

• BLS certification required (ACLS preferred)

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Passion for providing outstanding patient-centered care
