Requirements

• Must hold and maintain Wisconsin LPN license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• 1+ years of related work experience preferred.
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents while following the 5 Rights.
• Report any allegations of abuse, neglect, and misappropriation.
• Report any change in condition to the charge nurse.
• Assist CNAs with answering call lights and other responsibilities.
• Update physicians and family members on changes in condition as needed.
• Perform other duties as requested.
