EFP is in search of warehouse Quality Inspectors for a well known company in Irwindale, CA!
We are looking for someone with hands-on manufacturing quality experience. Experience with FAI, PPAP, customer complaints, corrective actions, nonconformance processes, and ISO 9001 is preferred.
The Quality Inspector will be responsible for:
- The working hours can be either 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
- Pay DOE $21-$23 hourly
- Performing incoming, first article (FAI), in-process, final, and rework inspections
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and customer quality requirements
- Preparing FAI and PPAP documentation
- Supporting customer complaint investigations and follow-up activities
- Initiating and maintaining Corrective Action Reports (CARs) and Nonconformance Reports (NCPs)
- Performing dimensional inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other applicable measuring equipment
- Maintaining inspection and quality records
- Supporting other quality activities as needed
