Job Summary We are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Developer with strong expertise in campaign management, customer data management, marketing automation, and multichannel marketing solutions. The ideal candidate will contribute to solution design, implementation, optimization, and deployment of marketing campaigns while working closely with stakeholders to deliver business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect requirements analysis and provide marketing insights across existing and planned marketing programs.
• Serve as a liaison during technology implementation by providing direction, requirements clarification, and testing support for new and enhanced capabilities before production release.
• Gather requirements, design campaigns, perform customer data mapping, develop solutions, and deploy campaign initiatives.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of marketing capabilities.
• Support marketing automation initiatives and large-scale campaign management programs.
• Participate in pre-sales and sales support activities related to marketing automation solutions.
• Lead or support large technology implementation and marketing services projects.
• Provide recommendations on solution design, architecture, scalability, and platform integration.

Required Skills

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Campaign Operations.
• Experience with campaign management and customer data management.
• Strong understanding of marketing promotions processes and supporting technology platforms.
• Experience working on at least two full lifecycle campaign management, MRM, SFMC, Adobe Campaign, or similar digital marketing projects.
• Understanding of digital channels, Next Best Action (NBA), event-based campaign triggers, and real-time marketing.
• Knowledge of Marketing Cloud data architecture and data models.
• Understanding of SAP, IP warming, Social Studio, and Advertising Studio.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing technical solution proposals, including architecture, licensing, configuration, sizing, and scalability recommendations.
• Experience with other custom or packaged campaign management platforms.
• Front-end development experience using HTML and CSS.
• Strong SQL skills and customer data management experience.
• Administration and installation experience with marketing technology platforms.
• Exposure to advanced digital marketing concepts such as personalization using AEM, Autonomy, SEM, SEO, DMP, and third-party ad exchanges.
• Understanding of second-party and third-party data sources and integration within multichannel campaign environments.
• Experience with JavaScript, XML, web services, SOAP calls, REST APIs, and other integration technologies.
• Solution architecture experience involving cloud-based marketing platforms and CRM ecosystem integrations.

• Proven experience implementing and supporting Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation, campaign operations, and customer engagement technologies.
• Ability to work independently and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
