Shift & Schedule: Day Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $1,700.00 – $1,960.00 per week (Based on Experience)
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Compensation Analyst to support compensation programs through market analysis, salary surveys, job pricing, and compensation data management. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with compensation platforms, and the ability to evaluate market trends to support competitive pay practices. Healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
Pull and analyze compensation market data to support salary benchmarking and compensation planning.
Complete and participate in third-party salary surveys to maintain competitive compensation programs.
Price jobs using established compensation methodologies and market data.
Support market comparisons and provide data-driven compensation recommendations.
Utilize compensation software platforms to manage, analyze, and maintain compensation data.
Evaluate jobs, prepare standardized job descriptions, and maintain accurate job classifications.
Analyze survey data, monitor compensation trends, and assist with salary planning and budgeting.
Review pay rate changes for compliance with organizational compensation policies.
Assist in administering performance evaluation and merit increase programs.
Interpret compensation policies, resolve compensation-related inquiries, and collaborate with HR, leadership, and employees.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Compensation or a related field.
Strong compensation analytics and market pricing experience.
Experience working with large datasets and compensation survey data.
Experience using enterprise compensation platforms such as PayFactors, Payscale, or similar tools.
Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Healthcare compensation experience.
Experience supporting salary planning, job evaluation, and compensation program administration.
$20 - $25 per hour
